Agricultural Law

Farmers face a set of issues unique from most other professions. However, stemming from our roots in the heart of west central Indiana and the agricultural background of our attorneys, we understand that most farmers have significant value in agricultural-related assets, such as land and equipment, that create unique issues in many other areas of the law, such as estate planning, marital property rights, zoning, drainage, and permits. In addition to advising our clients in these unique situations, our attorneys have helped farmers with cash rent contracts, land-sale contracts, and appearances before local drainage boards and state agencies.
